Exciting Dining
Executive Chef, Debra Bishop invites you
with open arms to visit Nosara's classy, yet excitingly
new, eclectic restaurant. The open-air restaurant borrows
design elements and colors from local Costa Rican and Caribbean
artisans.
Locals and visitors alike can enjoy fabulous cuisine
in the comfort of their casual wear (though not too casual
as we promote a family-centered environment). Lunch is very
casual with fun soups, sandwiches, and a couple of local
and international hot plates for lunch. Dinner is a fun,
and beautiful dining experience, with the tables in black
and white and the cool open air, makes you feel that you
are on the beach, but less hot and humid.
Eclectic Cuisine
The "Eclectic" Cuisine draws from
the foods and cooking techniques of France, the Caribbean,
Local cuisine, Thailand, and the South and Southwestern
regions of the United States. This "Eclectic"
flair means that there are taste sensations sure to please
any pallate. Everything is prepared fresh that day. Daniel
is a serious fisherman, and supplies the restaraunt with
fresh fish. The menu changes daily with the meats, fruits,
and vegatables that have been hand picked by the chef, herself.
Special dishes or needs can be prepared if reservations
are made, or we are not too busy. Every menu will have special
vegetarian dishes. One of the specialty dishes, it a fresh
roasted vegatable lasagna.
