Fishing charters, banana boat rides, and sunset cruises can be arranged (owner’s boat)

Includes trained chef, maid, and bartender (if requested).

Babysitting, laundry, or other tours can be arranged.

House includes pool, phone, wifi, washer and dryer, large pool, baby pool, bar, large patio, eating area inside the house for 6, or many tables outside with, or without a view.
Kitchen is equipped with all utensils and machines that one could need in a house: including a GE Profile stove/oven, a kitchenaid food processor, a mixer, coffee maker, side by side frig/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a small electric grill, not to mention all the small gadgets that are needed.
There is more than sufficient place settings for all that stay at the house or that may come visit.
The house comes with candles ready for electrical outages.
Owners will come and connect the generator for the refrigerators only in case of more than a 4 hour outage.

Rates for all inclusive are $10 per person per day for breakfast. Dinner is $20 per day per person (excluding lobster, beef tenderloin, shrimp, or lamb).
If someone wants all inclusive with all food and alcohol this will be calculated depending on what one wishes to have available ($150 - $250 per person per day).
Minimum 6 night stay.
